The Chavvy Hippy brings a fresh, fun, and completely down-to-earth approach to corporate wellbeing. I’m a wellness practitioner who believes that people thrive when they feel seen, supported, and able to have a laugh along the way. My sessions mix self-love, gratitude, meditation, and breathwork with a healthy dose of humour — because wellbeing doesn’t have to be stiff, serious, or reserved for people who own crystal collections.
I create spaces where employees can breathe, reset, reconnect with themselves, and actually enjoy the process. Everything I teach is practical, relatable, and easy to use in everyday life — whether someone’s juggling deadlines, navigating stress, or trying not to lose their mind in back-to-back meetings.
